  2. Holster Requirement

    • Confident Conceal handbags are not firearm holsters.

    • You must use a proper, well-fitting holster that fully covers the trigger guard and is designed for your specific firearm.

    • Never place a loose or unholstered firearm in any compartment of the bag.

  3. Safe Handling Practices
    You agree to always:

    • Treat every firearm as if it is loaded.

    • Keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction.

    • Keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to fire.

    • Never point a firearm at anything you do not intend to shoot.

    • Be sure of your target and what is beyond it.

  4. Use With Care

    • Do not attempt to cock, fire, or manipulate the trigger of a handgun while it is in a holster inside the bag.

    • Regularly inspect your holster, handbag, and straps for wear, loose stitching, or damage that could affect safe carry. Discontinue use and replace if any issue is found.

  5. Storage

    • When not in active use, firearms should be unloaded and stored in a secure, locked location, out of reach of children and unauthorized persons.

2. Product Limitations, Disclaimers & Liability Waiver

  1. No Guarantee of Safety or Prevention of Misuse

  3. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, by purchasing or using a Confident Conceal product you:

    • Assume all risks associated with carrying, storing, handling, or transporting a firearm in or with our products.

    • Agree that Confident Conceal LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any accidents, injuries, deaths, property damage, or legal consequences arising from the use or misuse of firearms or our products.

    • Agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Confident Conceal harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or attorney fees arising from your use of our products.

3. Leather & Product Characteristics

Leather bags and accessories from Confident Conceal use high quality leathers. Genuine leather often shows natural variations, including slight differences in color, grain, wrinkles, scars, or small marks. These are normal characteristics of real leather and are not considered defects.

Color transfer, minor surface marks, and changes in texture may occur over time due to wear, exposure to clothing dyes, moisture, or environmental conditions.

4. Orders, Pricing & Promotions
